I have been ill for the better part of two weeks, not fun, so I was not able to shoot anything big. Being spring, and at the suggestion of a friend, I decided to shoot some roses:
First time really shooting flowers. I can see where a macro would be invaluable for this. Something bugs me about the crop. Tell me what you think.

Personally, I really like this shot. Nice contrast and yet it’s got a softness to it. Fan of the post processing you’ve applied to it too. Matches the mood of the roses.
